  • to have fun!

big bolete 11=21=12The Cascade Mycological Society (CMS) was created by a collective effort of people who share a common interest in and appreciation for the Kingdom of Fungi. In order to focus our fungal fascination, we have formed an educational non-profit [501(c) 3] organization dedicated to the study and enjoyment of fungi and we would like you to join us. CMS provides fungal events throughout the year, including guest speakers, the Mushroom Festival, field trips and forays, and research and education projects.

We also organize committees for event planning, conservation, education, culinary pursuits, etc. Let us know what kind of events and opportunities you would like to see CMS provide to the community. If you would like to support our “mushrooming” organization, please become a member. Our EIN# is 93-1274419.
